I was born in San Antonio, TX and migrated north, ending up in Bartlesville in 1985.  And the rest is history.

I graduated from Bartlesville High School and received my bachelor’s in business management in 2016 and my MBA in 2019 from RSU.  RSU provided the resources for me to complete my degrees while maintaining a full-time work and family life balance.  Which is important since I’m the mother of four boys.

After grad school, I came to work for Phoenix Insurance where I’m a licensed agent for Medicare supplements, individual and group health, bonds and personal lines for home and auto.

Why I like my work

No day is ever the same.  Every day is a new adventure.  I have regulars who become friends and new people who become friends too.

Free time

I have a lot of free time now.  I binge watch NCIS and other crime shows.  I also collect dollhouse miniatures and Coca Cola items.  I enjoy the outdoors; swimming, hiking and having fun with my kids.

Learning curve

I was a school bus driver for ten years while working my way through college, along with usually two other jobs at the same time.  I’m so happy to just work one job now.

I’ve always wanted to be vice-president of the people division somewhere.  But now with my MBA, I want to be president.  But not of the United States.
